Pre-Shoot Preparation: We are professionals, and we don't leave work this important up to chance. We start all of our projects with a pre-shoot scout day. We visit the location together, review the shot list, and plan angles and styling details. This helps us troubleshoot potential issues, find the best light for your shots, and align our vision.
Shoot Day: On shoot day, we'll execute our plan with precision. Did we mention we're a blend of light-hearted and perfectionist? We'll go through our shot list and capture the feeling of your space, not just the finishes. The best part? We do all of our shoots tethered–that means you'll get to see images in real-time and make adjustments on the spot. By the end of the day, you’ll see 90% of the project and feel the relief that you've chosen the right team for the job.
THE DELIVERY & deliverables:
We work efficiently so you don't have to wait years for your images. One week after the shoot, we deliver the files for your review, including one round for comments and one round of retouching. You’ll receive:
An album of full-bleed images optimized for your needs. We'll discuss the number of images you’ll need and your plans for them before we start, ensuring you get exactly what you need and nothing you don't. All of our projects are customizable.
Cropped versions of your images for use on social media: We know you'd rather focus on your work than figure out how to share it online, so we provide perfectly cropped images ready for Instagram.
With our meticulous process, you can relax and trust that we’ll handle every detail, delivering stunning images that tell the story of your space.

We start with a detailed questionnaire to understand your vision, the scope of the shoot, and your specific needs. Every shoot is bespoke, and we carefully craft a plan of execution based on your needs and the story you want to tell. Step Two: Estimate & Booking
Following our consultation, we offer a detailed estimate and schedule for your shoot, ideally set two weeks in advance. To secure your preferred date, we request a 50% advance payment, cementing our collaboration. From there, it's full steam ahead into creation mode.
